1. Introduction
Welcome to Enshure Technologies** (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the information you provide when you sign up for and interact with our SMS campaign.
Prior to sending the first message, we obtain agreement from the message recipient to communicate with them. By aggreeging to the agreement, the user is consenting to receive “alerts and notifications” from the QuantumLink application their mobile phone. QuantumLink system keeps a record of the consent, that includes a timestamp of when the customer completed a sign-up flow.
The initial message includes the following instructions, in case user does not want to continue receiving the alerts and notifications: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
Individuals have the ability to revoke consent at any time by replying with a standard opt-out keyword “STOP”. When an individual opts out, we deliver one final message to confirm that the opt-out has been processed, and no subsequent messages are sent. An individual must once again provide consent through the QuantumLink application before we send any additional messages.
Every message we send includes “QuantumLink” as a sender.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact Information. Your mobile phone number, name (if provided), and any other data you submit when opting in.
- Usage Data. Information about your interaction with our messages (e.g., delivery status, replies, opt‑out requests).
- Technical Data. Device type, carrier network, and IP address (for diagnostics and fraud prevention).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Deliver the SMS messages you’ve opted in to receive.
- Process your opt‑in and opt‑out requests.
- Improve and personalize our messaging (e.g., timing, content relevance).
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use of our service.
4. Disclosure of Information
- Service Providers. We share only the minimum necessary data (your phone number and message content) with our SMS provider (e.g., Twilio) to send messages on our behalf.
- Legal Compliance. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or any other personal information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the campaign and comply with legal obligations. If you opt out, we will retain minimal data (your number and opt‑out status) solely to honor your choice not to be contacted again.

- Opt‑Out. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. We will promptly honor and confirm your request.
